The return of this workload added to my already steady digital marketing efforts with a very different client in aviation. For the first time I’ve been able to consciously apply project management skills to meet the deliverable requirements of each client. Preparing in advance for this workload by scheduling blocked out parts of the day to service each client has enabled me to not get caught up in the myopia of a task as I did in the past. For the aviation client I work for I have a workflow to develop the content and create the daily social media posts, as well as its weekly email offer. The B2B environment encourages a direct approach when it comes to marketing certain items while supporting this direct approach with relevant shared material. This week we will take steps toward optimizing this workflow for better results through keywords, shared content, and original material in the form a cohesive set of items listed.
